REFUND POLICY

Services

Once a service (such as a card reading, Reiki treatment, Reiki training and BQH session) has been provided, a refund is not possible. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and the fee is for my time and energy.

If you wish to cancel a pre-booked service, you can receive a full refund if the cancellation is at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If it falls within 24 hours, the appointment can be rearranged with no fee.

Digital Products

For digital products, once they have been sent, cannot be refunded and all purchases are final as the products cannot be returned.

Membership

Monthly members can cancel at any time, and your membership will expire at the end of the current billing period. You can rejoin at a later date, but please note that the price may have risen. No refunds for the current month will be given.

For yearly members, cancelling will stop the auto-renewal at the end of your current year’s membership.
